Åhus Masters 2026 – a fantastic event
Åhus Masters 2026 offered a fantastic event on the excellent and well-maintained golf course at Kristianstads Golf Club. The day began in absolutely perfect weather with a wonderful breakfast in the fantastic clubhouse.
Out on the course, various sponsors served refreshments and hosted small competitions. At hole 11, Homenetspain offered some Spanish delicacies such as Sangria and sausage. A very pleasant way to socialize under perfect conditions.
Participants had the chance to win Homenetspain’s prize, which consisted of an overnight stay at Hotel Zambra, golf rounds, and golf lessons. The prize, the result of collaboration with Peter Gustafsson | Founder of PG Golf & Sports Academy, was highly sought after and many wanted to win. The prize went to Per Rundkvist.
After golf, there was stone oven-baked pizza and cocktails from Cocktailgruppen on the outdoor terrace. After a break, it was time to gather again for a luxurious mingling dinner with delicious drinks at Pine Restaurant, followed by the tournament prize ceremony. Then, an energetic nightclub with a DJ and international club atmosphere continued until 2 a.m.
All in all, it can be said that it was a very successful event, and we at Homenetspain thank the organizers, the golf club, all the participants, and other sponsors for a wonderful whole day and night. We look forward to participating again next year.
