This luxurious and extraordinary villa located in the area of Nueva Andalucía, with a panoramic view of the La Concha mountain and Mediterranean sea. It is only a 5-minute drive from Puerto Banus, with its beautiful beaches and great restaurants.

Built on three floors, featuring a beautiful entrance that leads straight to the living room facing a private pool and spacious terrace. Adjacent presents a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 16 people. This kitchen also offers several refrigerators, wine cooler and ice cube machine. From the kitchen area, there is direct access to the scullery and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Next to the terrace and large heated infinity pool (Extra fee of Euro 300 for heating services), you’ll find a 5-person Jacuzzi and an outstanding barbecue area. The second leisure area you can find on the second floor terrace with a partly covered bar and a big lounge area. You can even take it up another level – to the 8-person luxury Jacuzzi on the top terrace with a 360 degree view of the entire valley.

The villa accommodates 7 bedrooms 6 bathrooms + 1 guess toilet, including 16 sleeps.

First floor: 2 master bedrooms with access to the bar and lounge area. These spacious bedrooms consists of a king-size beds and adjoining en-suite bathroom.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with each a king-size bed and en-suite bathrooms 1 bedroom with 2 king-size beds en-suite bathrooms 2 bedrooms with each a king-size bed and shared bathroom.

Some of the bedrooms rooms have direct access to terrace and pool area. On this floor you will also find the cinema/game room with pool table and out-side gym.

The parking at the main entrance can fit 4 cars.
