Owners have access to satellite TV, private Wi-Fi, free outdoor parking, or a private garage. A shared, gated pool is available in the garden, used only by residents. The lagoon is about 300 meters from the apartment.

Alcazaba Lagoon is the first of its kind in Europe, located near Estepona on the Costa del Sol, within the municipality of Casares—just a 5-minute drive from the beach.

This modern residential complex is surrounded by a 40,000 m² exotic garden and features a crystal-clear 1.4-hectare lagoon with white sand imported from Morocco. The water is suitable for year-round swimming and various non-motorized water sports like kayaking, pedal boats, and paddleboarding.

Amenities include a sauna, jacuzzi, and two children’s playgrounds (one within the lagoon area, separated by a glass safety fence, and another in the garden). There's also a private fitness center overlooking the lagoon.

Lagoon access and all related services are free for owners.

Two restaurants are located next to the lagoon—one open to the public, the other exclusive to resort guests—offering a wide selection of food and drinks with stunning views.
