Our country house, located near Rio Casarin in Monda offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with scope to add a further 16m2 bathroom on one side of the house, the foundation is already in place, along with all the plumbing and electrics). Currently the finca is built at 99m2 but you can extend down one side and above the lounge to add a further bedroom, giving a total of 173m2.

As you wander up to the main finca past the swimming pool, you are greeted by a long patio which wraps around the finca leading to patio doors where you have access to the living room or you can choose to meander up the 4 steps which lead to the front door, here you will find a covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy in complete shade, there is a jasmine, rose and honeysuckle growing along this fence-line, giving a wonderful aroma at night.

The finca features two double bedrooms and one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen with dining area, plenty of storage and two arches which lead into the lounge and also provides access to the patio. The living room features a brand new 14KW log burner (bought in 2025) which sustains the house all winter.
