Sometimes we get listings of homes where the location, floor plan and all the other important factors are right, but inside, the home may need a little "lift". Recently, we were commissioned by the owner of this home in the pictures to freshen it up and style it, and then sell it on. It is a studio in the center of Fuengirola in a charming and cozy association called Pueblo Lopez. Here is everything you need within walking distance, such as beach, shops, restaurants and transportation. The cute little studio is a perfect home for those who want to live centrally. Before we put the home up for sale, it was emptied of all the older furniture and has since been cleaned, painted and repaired. Then we decorated it with new nice furniture and decoration. This has given it a whole new look and although it still has that charm over it, it feels like a brighter and nicer home. Now the cozy studio has a new happy owner and we are so happy to have been involved and helped with the process!
